2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be explicit about what we do not collect or store:

• Credit card numbers — All payment data is processed and stored exclusively by our payment processors (Stripe, Mercury, NOWPayments). We never see or store your full card or bank account details.
• Government-issued IDs — We do not collect copies of identity documents.
• Biometric data — We do not collect fingerprints, face scans, or any biometric identifiers.
• User-uploaded likeness material — We do not accept photographs, videos, voice recordings, or any other reference material depicting real people. Our Custom Creator Build process is text-based and produces entirely fictional personas.
• Browsing history outside our Platform — We do not track your activity on other websites.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating the Platform and its services
• Processing purchases and delivering content
• Communicating with you about orders, updates, and support requests
• Improving Platform features, performance, and user experience
• Preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Complying with legal obligations and responding to lawful requests

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Payment processors — Stripe (card payments), Mercury (bank transfers), and NOWPayments (cryptocurrency), each of which handles transaction processing under their own privacy policies
• Hosting providers — AWS infrastructure for content delivery and platform hosting

• Legal authorities — When required by law, court order, or to prevent harm

We do not share your purchase history, content preferences, or account information with any third party for marketing purposes.

• Encrypted password storage (bcrypt hashing)
• Row-level access controls on database records
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Minimal data retention — we only keep what's necessary

• Account data — Retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
• Purchase records — Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
• Custom Build data — Questionnaire data retained with the associated order
• Usage analytics — Anonymized and retained indefinitely; identifiable session data deleted after 12 months

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

9. International Users

OnlyContent.ai is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer. We comply with applicable international data protection frameworks.

OnlyContent.ai is a business-to-business platform and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it and terminate the associated account.
